BURLEY

The Queens Head car park

First Sunday of each month

10AM - 3PM

Set in the heart of the beautiful New Forest, Burley lies in a valley between colourful heathlands and has many mature native trees. Once the haunt of smugglers and witches, it is now typical of forest villages with ponies and cattle free to roam its streets. There is a suggestion that dragons once roamed here, but now visitors are welcomed and there are many places to eat and drink and stay. There is much of interest to see.
